Germaine M. Royer

Dover – Germaine M. Royer, 80, formerly of Royer Lane died Tuesday May 8, 2012 at Riverside Rest Home after a period of failing health.

Born in Dover May 19, 1931 the daughter of George and Lydia (LeBlanc) Dionne and has resided here all of her life. She enjoyed boating, gardening, sewing and crocheting was an avid reader.

The widow of Roland Royer who died April 4, 2012 she is survived by a son Paul “Mickey” Royer and wife Pamela of Milton, four grandchildren Jeffrey Royer of Somersworth, Brian & wife Melissa Royer of Sanford Jeremy & wife Miranda Royer of Louisiana, Matthew & wife Danielle Royer of Somersworth, Seven great-grandchildren Kevin Royer, Vanessa Royer, Brittani Royer, Nicholas Royer, Joel Royer, Sara Royer and Nolan Royer, a sister Yvonne Tingley of Vancouver, WA and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband she was predeceased by a son and daughter-in-law Randy and Valerie Royer and a sister Irene Printy and brothers-in-law Robert Printy and Theodore Tingley.

Friends may call Saturday May 12th from 8:45 to 9:45 a.m. at Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave. followed buy a Mass of Christian Burial being celebrated 10:00 a.m. at Parish of the Assumption, St. Mary Church, corner of Chestnut and Third Sts. Burial will follow at St. Charles Cemetery.
