Beatrice Bosse
Dover, NH – Beatrice Bosse, 98 of Dover died Sunday July 22, 2012 at her home surrounded by her loving husband and daughters.
She was born March 24, 1914 in Somersworth the daughter of Joseph and Virginie (Roy) Drolet and has resided in this area all of her life.
Beatrice was a life long member of St. Charles Church.
She was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She dedicated her life to her family. Sunday gatherings were so important to her. She was a strong matriarch with a quick wit and always made sure everyone was happy, had enough food to eat and plenty of dessert.
For many years, she and her husband enjoyed travel and wintering in Florida and Arizona.
Members of her family include her husband of 72 years, Leo Bosse of Dover; four daughters, Elaine Wilbur of Dover, Joanne (Westfall) Gifford and her husband, Robert of Dover, Paula Formisano and her husband, Roger of Middleton, Wisconsin and Janet Parrott and her husband, David of Portland, Maine; 7 grandchildren, Brian Wilbur, Karen Sherman, Susan Wilbur, David Formisano, Lisa Formisano Wilson, Sarah Parrott Bianculli and Jessica Parrott Robitaille; and 7 great grandchildren, Lauren, Cameron, Douglas, Samantha, Megan, Benjamin and Caroline; one sister, Anita Turgeon; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by two of her sons-in-law, Donald Wilbur and Lou Westfall, one sister, Irene Richard and one brother, Lucien Drolet.
The family would like to express their thanks and appreciation to her compassionate caregivers, Stacy, Norma, Debra, Lori, Ingrid and Lisa.
Visiting hours will be Wednesday from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at the Tasker Funeral Home, 621 Central Ave., Dover.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Thursday at 9:30 a.m. at Parish of the Assumption at St. Joseph Church, 150 Central Ave., Dover. Burial will follow in St. Charles Cemetery.
